Below is a curated review on some of its new dishes at this time of the year.
Iron boosting salad
Priced at 590 rupees, it is a filling salad that comes with spinach, cucumber, avacardo, strawberries, cashews, peanuts, apple cider, vinegar and olive oil. The strawberries added a nice appearance as well as a great flavour to the salad.
It is made of bell pepper, cucumber and onions to make it rich in vitamins such as vitamin A, B6, C, E and K. The cucumbers support the hydration of the system. It is priced at 690 rupees and looks quite a basic salad with nicely diced pieces of veggies balancing the flavour at its best.
Master cleanse Greek salad
It consists of black olives, cucumber, apple cider, cherry tomatoes topped with feta cheese and couscous. The apple cider vinegar helps to keep a healthy PH balance in the body for proper digestion and function. It helps to cleanse the liver for better overall health and bodily functions. The Master cleanse Greek salad is priced at 680 rupees.
Revitalizing Detox Salad
With 770 Calories, this salad has a super power for detoxification along with vitamins and antioxidants. It is full of kale and avocado. This was my most favourite out of all that I tried for the day. The peanuts provide the nourishing protein and altogether these help to detox the liver and reduce bad cholesterol levels. It is priced at 875 rupees.
Anti-oxidizing chicken, Vitamin rich coconut chicken, Mixed grill and Lean pesto of the sea are some of the meat and seafood dishes offered at the calorie counter.
Mango, red bell pepper and onions are the key ingredients in this. It was a unique dish with a tempting aroma. Priced at 1150 rupees, I would say it is well worth for the price. It is very much filling and the broth is more like a soup. The presentation was superb too.
Vitamin rich coconut chicken
The Vitamin Rich Coconut Chicken (Rs. 790) comes with healthy baked coconut crumbed chicken with green chillies and a spicy herb puree. Puree is a dipping sauce consisting of ginger, garlic and turmeric and it was a perfect dip for this mind blowing dish. This contains 769 Calories.
This is made of high proteins to help rebuild muscle and it contains 925 Calories. It comes with imported beef steaks, honey mustard chicken, white fish with grilled vegetables, green salad, bulls-eye omelette and crushed red pepper paste. For 2450 rupees, I felt it is a bit too high in price. The crushed red pepper paste was a hit.
Lean Pesto of the Sea
This dish is high in Omega 3, fatty acids and offers heart healthy benefits. It came with a baked juicy barramundi fish in basil pesto, peanuts and olive oil. It is priced at 1450 rupees and contains 562 calories. Though its presentation was not at all appealing, it had a mouth-watering taste.
Head over to Calorie counter and indulge this super healthy range of dishes. You will never regret and I’m sure that you would opt for more and more.
