Eminem’s Tone Deaf Lyric Video produced by our very own Randy Chris

Did you watch Eminem’s Tone Deaf Lyric video and think, “wow, those visuals are amazing!”?, Well that was all Sri Lanka’s own Randy Chriz Perera. Randy is an artist, animator, producer and the co founder of Meraki United. He is the brilliant mind behind Eminem’s brand new Tone Deaf Lyric video. Last year he made a fanmade lyric video for Eminem’s Godzilla and became the first Sri Lankan to reach 1 million YouTube views in 24 hours, and well now, there’s this. And this video speaks for itself. After a bunch of Gen Z Tik Tokers tried to cancel the king of Hip Hop, Eminem came back strong as always with this song and this video produced by Randy Chris.

Meghan and Harry on Oprah

In their deeply personal tell all TV interview with Oprah Winfrey, their first interview together since the couple left the Royal family, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry revealed a lot of key and shocking details about their life as Royals, they covered a range of topics, including racism, mental health, their relationship with the media and Royal Family dynamics. Basically they spilled the tea, a lot of tea.

The Grammys

For what feels like the first time in years at the Grammys, you didnt hear the name Taylor Swift everytime a winner was announced. Instead this year’s winning artists consisted of many fresh new faces and talented young up and comers with artists like H.E.R. and Megan Thee Stallion walking away with their first Grammys. Not to mention this year consisted of a completely diverse list of winners.

A diverse list of Oscar Nominees

The 2021 Oscar nominees have not only broken barriers but also broken records. A few of those records are Riz Ahmed, nominated for his role in The Sound of Metal, became the first Muslim actor nominated in the best actor category. Minari’s Steven Yeun became the first Asian American actor to receive a best actor nomination. For the first time in the Academy Awards history, more than one female director was nominated in the best director category in the same year, on top of that women received a record amount of 76 nominations this year. The late Chadwick Boseman became the seventh actor to receive a posthumous nomination with his first acting nomination for Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Looks like the hashtag #OscarsSoWhite is going to have go out the virtual window this year.

There were times when it seemed like this day would never arrive, but finally the day all DC fans have been waiting for came to be, the premiere of Zack Snyder’s Justice League. After being disappointed by the Justice League movie 4 years ago, the extended cut of the film proved to be a true masterpiece of cinema and fan service. As most fans know, after you watch the Extended Editions there is no going back to the theatrical cuts. That is most certainly true for the Snyder cut. With proper character arcs and a more heightened storyline, this version of the film gives us a Justice League that is well worth the wait and worth watching.

Falcon and The Winter Soldier take flight!

Following in the footsteps of ‘WandaVision, Marvel new action packed drama finds Anthony Mackie’s Falcon and Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier dealing with their own personal grievances while also dealing with the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame. The show is described as a buddy dramedy, so we are in for a lot of fun banter. We are also promised a lot of theories and easter eggs. This series could be another big winner for Marvel.
